Meet the Coach
Hi, I'm Blayze!
I have spent years educating myself in all things physical performance. I have completed both a Bachelor’s in sports and exercise science as well as a Master's in high performance sports.
I also have extensive training in Olympic weightlifting, strength training and field sports.
My passion is definitely strength and conditioning, if you’re looking to gain muscle, become a more powerful athlete, lose some extra body fat and become a better healthier person— I can help you.
What does a session look like?
In my one on one coaching sessions, you get the personal touch you’re looking for during your training. I will use the knowledge and practical skills I have gathered during years of coaching and studying to make the specific technical adjustments you need.
I closely monitor your progression, ensuring you achieve the exact results you’re looking for. If you're looking for something that’s more social and group orientated, I offer small group training for strength training, Olympic weightlifting or conditioning.
During these sessions you will be in a group of 3-4 people that are at a similar level to you and have the same training goals, all supporting, laughing and training hard beside each other.
The final option I offer is online programming.
If you already have the skills and experience you need in your training and don’t require a coach to be there constantly, then this option is for you.
I will test your strength levels and then using that data spend the time to design a personalised and periodised training block that will deliver you all the gains you can dream of!
