Hi, I’m Bec!
Lifted Coaching is all about helping you become a stronger version of yourself – mentally, emotionally and physically! I am a big believer that we are all a lot stronger than we give ourselves credit for, and sometimes the realisation of this is just outside of our current comfort zones.
I personally have a history competing in competitive Netball for most of my schooling days, as well as Fitness Modelling, Strongman and Powerlifting over the last ten years.
I will challenge and support you, while ensuring we work within safe lifting technique boundaries. We will stay on top of your progress with personalised programming, regular check-ins and tracking, as well as 24/7 online support.

What does a session look like?
During our initial session, we will run through a series of questions regarding your training and health history, as well as discussing your training goals going forward. There may also be a sequence of exercises or movement testing that we conduct, based on your goals.
What else do you do?
Not all of my clients are, or want to be Powerlifters. I also cater for those wanting to work on their general fitness, HIIT capacity or simply being able to keep up with the family. I also offer nutritional guidance for those looking to get that little bit more out of their training!
I am currently offering 30, 45 and 60min sessions that are available as a 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 format, as well as online coaching. Bookings can be made online and all programming will be available direct from your phone.
