Meet the Coach
Hi, I'm Jared! I am a very passionate coach, who loves to get the most from my clients.
Over the past 8 years, I've coached people to their holidays, weddings, photoshoots, competition stages and to just be the best versions of themselves.
I believe healthy habits, routines and good structure are the building blocks to success. I take a more holistic approach to coaching, engaging with people and understanding that each client is an individual. I focus on creating a program that enhances your lifestyle, while still delivering the results you want!
What does a session look like?
Here at The Bar, I offer 45 or 60 minute 1 on 1 training sessions. There are also online coaching sessions available (no gym session), with in-person check-ins at the gym.
Depending on what the client's overall goals are, we will work on our mapped out schedule to achieve our end goals. Coming into an individual training session, we will work on weaknesses to develop an overall stronger physique, combining a range of compound, isolation and auxilliary movements, along with my guidance.
Working with each client as an individual, I look at how the day has been for the client, what as already been trained previously in their schedule and how their physical and mental energy levels are.
This helps to ensure we get the most out of every session we have together.
