Meet the Coach
Hi, I'm Jordan and I'm the owner of The Bar Brisbane and Creation Coaching.
I'm a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach, providing weekly coaching sessions for 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
There are a variety of options for private coaching, including 2 hour testing / programming sessions where we will find a comfortable max effort lift for squat, bench and deadlift. Then we will program you according to your strengths and weaknesses, working within your time constraints and with the equipment available to you.

What does a session look like?
Weekly coaching sessions can be either 30, 45 or 60 minutes long.
During these sessions, we will break down and rebuild technique in the 3 main lifts of bench, squat and deadlift. I will push you to your absolute limits, while ensuring you're always practicing a safe lifting technique.
Not all training has to be powerlifting or bodybuilding focussed, either! There's also opportunities for HIIT training and boxing, ensuring maximum bang for your buck.
All private coaching can be done one on one or in groups of two or three, with group discounts available.
What else do you do?
I also offer nutrition consultations that will help set you up for success with your diet.
During the consultation, we will cover how to track and log your food intake via MFP or MyMacros+. You'll learn what macro / micro nutrients are, and how they should be manipulated to achieve your desired body composition goal.
We'll track all of that in a spreadsheet, with weekly check ins to ensure you're progressing and smashing those goals in a healthy and sustainable way.
