My goal as a trainer is to enable everyone to be improve their health and fitness, whether it be weight loss, strength training, building muscle, or simply improved quality of life. I have worked with many clients who initially found the gym environment intimidating. By providing a structured plan that focuses on gradual improvement, safe training, and accountability, they developed the confidence to achieve their goals.
I offer 45 or 60 minute sessions One-on-one or small group and Online Programming.
